it is further agreed that if within six months of the execution of this agreement the trustee in the bankruptcy proceeding files his report recommending that Drory received his discharge Beiton will be entitled to an additional fee of 100$ said fee shall be due and payable within ten days after the filing of the trustee's report recommending Drory's discharge.
